# BillingNow

> Free AI-powered invoicing software for freelancers and small businesses. Create professional invoices, estimates, and credit notes; scan expenses with AI; track payments; and get paid online — available in English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian.

BillingNow is a modern invoicing and billing platform developed by Cappsule Sarl (Geneva, Switzerland). It features an AI assistant for chat- and voice-based billing operations, AI expense extraction from receipts, recurring invoices, multi-currency support with automatic exchange rates, Swiss QR bill generation, online payment links (Stripe and PayPal), financial reporting, and a command-line interface (`bn`) for automation and AI agents.
