End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the BillingNow application provided by Cappsule Sàrl. By installing or using the application, you agree to these terms.
License
Cappsule Sàrl grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application solely for your personal, commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions
You may not license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the application. Authorized partners may resell under the terms of their partner agreement and must comply with all applicable marketplace guidelines, including those covering free-trial periods across hosting options.
Modifications to the application
Cappsule Sàrl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application, with or without notice and without liability to the final customer. Where applicable, previous versions remain available and supported in line with marketplace best practices.
Term and termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Cappsule Sàrl may suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice, and termination is immediate upon any non-compliance by the user. You may terminate it by deleting all copies of the application from your devices.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to accomplish its objective to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments
Cappsule Sàrl reserves the right to modify this Agreement at its discretion. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect.
